Key West Theater Rules

Key West Theater has some of the hottest concerts, shows, and special events around. But to make sure it’s fun for everyone, there are a few rules that you have to follow.

Make sure you read the rules below so you know what to expect. They will help you avoid any issues during your visit to the venue. Please note that some events may have slightly different rules and management reserves the right to modify their rules for each event.

Accessibility Policy

ADA seating is available for shows at the Coffee Butler Amphitheater.

Animals Policy

Animals are not allowed in the venue. Service animals are an exception but only in accordance with ADA-guidelines. For more information, please call the venue.

Camera Policy

Typically, cameras and recording equipment is not allowed at the venue. Some show managers may allow exceptions. If you are uncertain about an upcoming event, please contact the venue to ask about your upcoming event.

Lost and Found Policy

If you lost an item during your visit, then the venue will do its best to help you. Please call 305-985-0433 for more information on claiming lost and found items.

These could be subject to change per the artist request. The venue reserves the right to adjust the items on this list.

Key West Theater reserves the right to search anyone, and their belongings, who enter the premises.

Re-Entry/Entry Policy

Guests are not allowed to exit the building and return during the course of a single ticketed event in the Key West Theater. Specific events may allow an exception to the policy and allow guests to exit and re-enter the facility.

Refund Policy

All sales are final and there are no refunds. In the case of an event/show cancellation, refunds may be issued. Please contact the departments where you purchased your tickets.

Smoking Rules

Smoking is strictly prohibited.
