Key West, FL – Grammy-winning singer/songwriter STEVE EARLE comes to Key West Theater on Tuesday, June 9, 2026 with his 51 Years Of Songs And Stories show. In a rare and special event, Earle will perform an all-acoustic set featuring both powerful and unflinching songwriting as well as songs from his distinguished career as a recording and touring artist.
Grammy winner three times over, Steve Earle’s music spans his entire career from his days as a country rock rebel with Copperhead Road to the more recent Jerusalem on the heels of his 2024 release Alone Again one of the most authentic voices in country rock today.

This solo acoustic evening of music and stories will feature songs from throughout his 51-year career of country, rock, folk and Americana. Tour dates for the 51 Years Of Songs And Stories show are scheduled in select theaters and performance venues across the United States and Canada from February through August 2026. Showtime is 8:00 PM with doors opening at 6:00 PM.
With his unique ability to blend together elements of country, rock and folk music in order to create the genre known as Americana, the American singer-songwriter Stephen Fain Earle is one of the most important acts in music today. When he steps on stage to perform, his fans always stand on their feet and cheer and sing along to the great songs he has written, like “Copperhead Road”, “Guitar Town”, “Jerusalem”, “The Galway Girl” (which was recorded by pop star Ed Sheeran), “Feel Alright” and so many others that have played a huge role in making alt-country a commercial and popular genre of music today, and have brought joy to the lives of hundreds of thousands of music lovers all over the world. New Album Steve Earle’s new album Alone Again (Live), solo a cappella versions, was released to all major streaming platforms on July 12th, 2024. To me the music has always been at its most powerful in its most naked and effective form. Contemporary/Folk Album at the 36th Annual, 42nd Annual, and 48th Annual Grammy Awards, Earle was invited to become a member of the Grand Ole Opry. He has also acted in a number of television shows, including several episodes of the HBO crime drama series The Wire and the HBO drama series Treme. He has also published novels and plays.
